Important: please do not enter any health data or patient data in the form.

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then for a maximum of 3 years from the last exchange, unless the law requires otherwise.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to the Meltod Health team and to strictly necessary technical providers (website hosting and email: OVH SAS). It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
